JUS SOCIETAS: Jurnal Hukum dan Hukum Islam is an academic journal that publishes original research and reviews in the field of law and Islamic law. The journal aims to provide a platform for scholars, practitioners, and students to exchange ideas and insights on contemporary legal issues, with a focus on Interdisciplinary Law and Legal Issues is an academic journal that focuses on conceptual and research articles in both normative and empirical approaches with emphasis on interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary fields of law that combine legal with non-legal aspects in analysis. This journal is periodically published six times a year (February, April, June, August, October and December) in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. This journal warmly welcomes contributions from scholars with related disciplines. Novelty and recency of issues, however, are the priority in publishing.
